Time is a precious thing
I am trying to hard to be good at this blog thing, in other words, keeping it updated, but it's hard sometimes. Busy, Busy, Busy! That's a great thing tough. Ok so we are scheduling Senior Sessions and need to get them put in the books and secured. So if you are planning on scheduling please call the Studio @ 706-635-2119 and secure your spot.
On another note; I am welcoming a new member to the team. Her name is Kris Tyner, she has been my best friend for 24 years since we were 16. Kris will be moving here in 20 days and will offically be my office manager/2nd shooter. We are totally excited to have her wonderful fresh, creative, prolific and artful skills joining our team. She will bring a fresh angle and creativity with her to the table. We will also be offering a lot of great deals for our existing clients as well as new clients. So definatly be watching the blog for those updates. When Kris arrives please give her a warm Georgia welcome.

It's a Winter Wonderland In Ellijay, Ga
Well we are stuck again (snowed in)....but that's ok, I had some quality time with the hubby and kids, can't beat that. Here are some pics of our "Snow Day" Enjoy....

YOU MAY BE FROM A SMALL TOWN IF
* Third Street is on the edge of town.
* You miss a Sunday at church and receive a get-well card.
* The nicest house in town has a beauty shop on the back porch.
* You can't walk for excerise because every passing car offers you a ride.
* You dial a wrong number and talk for 15 minutes anyway.
* You speak to each dog you pass by name.
* You drive into the ditch 5 miles out of town, and the word gets back before you do.
* You can name everyone you graduated high school with.
* You know what 4-H is.
* You use to drag "Main".
* You have ever gone home for Homecoming.
* It was cool to date someone from the neighboring town.
* You can't help but date a friend's ex-girlfriend.
* Directions are given using "the" stop light as a reference.
* Football coaches suggest that you haul hay for the summer to get strong.
* The city council meets at the coffee shop.
* Your teacher's call you by your older siblings names.
* Your teacher's remember when they taught your parents.
* The closest mall is 45 miles away.
* You see at least one friend a week driving a tractor through town.

TGIF
Well today I feel as though I have accomplished alot. But getting a little sad as the days shorten for the time that I have with my oldest daughter. You know after her being gone for a year, it just doesn't seem fair that I only have 2 weeks with her. But I am happy that she is only going to Texas now. I do realize that it's time that I have to let her go and start her own family, as hard as that is for me.
On another note, this year as I stated I want to go outside of the box with different types of photoshoots. If you are game and want to participate in these shoots they are going to be tons of fun. I plan to keep the prices really inexpensive so you can do more than one. Ladies, this is your time to get out and have fun. Gentlemen, no worries we will be having some specials for you too. If you guys have any ideas that you want to throw my way that I may not have thought of, feel free to do so! I want Twenty Ten to be an awesome year!! And I can't make that happen without all of you wonderful people.
Make sure you vote on the polls, that is a sure way that I know what you want, and that's my goal to give you what you want. Plus, I would be greatful for each and everyone of you passing along this blog to all of your friends and family. Word of mouth is what keeps me shooting....and I love to shoot people. :)
I would like to send a special shout out to one of my friends Carrie Anderson for helping me spread the word about the blog and my services in general. She's a sweetie and I am blessed to have her and a bunch of other people in my life. So thank you Carrie!!
Also, I didn't tell everyone thank you for all of your help on Chelcee's Welcome Home/Bridal Party. I planned it for months and it went off without a hitch. There were several people that couldn't make it because of the snow and ice. We definately missed ya'll. But to everyone who did come and brought stuff to eat, thank you for all of your support and help. Chelcee was totally surprised and loved it! Another thank you to Vivian Kemp for making Chelcee's BEAUTIFUL cake. It was so good! Mendy Blackwell (great friend) and Kathy Partridge (sister-in-law) thank you so much for doing everything that you did for me and Chelcee. I love you both!! And last but certainly not least my beautiful mother! She opened up her home to have the party and really helped me out so much, so once again mom, thanks for being you!
